She's in it for the kids
At first the flat fee seemed huge to me, but her fees ended up being actually extremely reasonable, considering how much time she took to work on my case. She spent hours on the phone with me, met with me, and went to trial several times until it was over. I had three other attorneys before her and they were all problematic -- exorbitantly expensive, didn't answer my questions, difficult to get a hold of, and not in it for my child. Arlaine is someone who truly cares and is in it to protect the kids and get you the best situation. My case involved trying to prove sexual abuse after CPS "unsubstantiated" twice, very difficult but we got the supervision we were asking for in the end and I also got to relocate with my child for a better future. I am so grateful to Arlaine for her angelic help!

Hands down the BEST to protect your children.

Wonderful Attorney
I hired Arlaine back in 2016 because she came highly recommended for high conflict custody cases. Compassion when it counts
Arlaine represented me and my wife in the adoption of my children. Despite how difficult our case was, despite being told by every other attorney that it could not be done, Arlaine saw us and helped us fight to become a family!

Eloquent advocate with strong sense of justice
Arlaine Rockey was my attorney for an extremely difficult personal matter. This is one of the best attorneys I've ever seen practicing. She's whip-smart, she works her tail off, she really cares, and she is a brilliant writer. And all the other reviews I see here are consistent with that opinion, I'm not surprised.

She’s an awesome lawyer!
ARLAINE has taken very good care of me and my case. She knows the law and how to handle every aspect of my case! I would recommend her to anyone that is going through custody, or cases that involve abuse or alleged abuse. She does a great job on both sides of cases whether you’re in need of defending or you’re the one who’s fighting for custody. I am glad that she’s my lawyer!

The only attorney I trust.
I hired Ms. Rockey in December 2004. Arlaine has handled child custody issues for me, a separation agreement and a divorce for me. Currently she has helped on an immigration issue. I trust Ms. Rockey’s expertise, attention and detail in everything. She did an incredible job for me in each case I needed her.

Incredibly knowledgeable, ethical and compassionate
Hiring Arlaine was the best decision I made for my custody case. She is a brilliant attorney, extremely ethical, very compassionate and a powerhouse in the courtroom. I have worked with her for close to 4 years and I trust her immensely. Custody cases can be very emotional and draining on people, and to have Arlaine on my side of the courtroom helped me stay strong and confident throughout the entire case. Arlaine knows the law and will fight for what is right in and out of the courtroom. She has always been very accessible and informative. She even inspired me to go back to school to get my paralegal certification. She is that great of an attorney!!!

Smart and FIGHTS HARD!!
We hired Arlaine Rockey for a complicated custody matter! She is very professional! She KNOWS THE LAW!! Even though she had other clients to attend to, we never felt like she was ever too busy to talk to us. We learned so much from her. She is definitely a fighter and fights for justice! She is also VERY ETHICAL...which we found refreshing since the other side was breaking the law! I personally loved when she would get just as mad as me over our crazy case!
