EQUAL MEANS EQUAL Asks Supreme Court to Validate ERA as 28th Amendment

EXCITING NEWS! Equal Means Equal (“EME”) appealed their case to the US Supreme Court, on September 7, 2020, and asked them to immediately take up the ERA case and force the Trump Administration to publish the ERA as the 28th Amendment to our Constitution this term! Two other attorneys, Gina Collias and Pamela Parker, and I are working on a new Amicus Brief that will be filed in a few weeks in this US Supreme Court case. We must all demand our EQUAL RIGHTS NOW!
